Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
As of July 2023 Matt’s Mobile Detailing will require deposits to schedule appointments.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Most appointment deposits will be $25. This is a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a new deposit must be made on the new appointment.
Is the Deposit an Extra Fee?
No, the deposit will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is NOT an additional fee. For instance, if the total price is $350, and your deposit was $25, then at time of checkout, you’ll only pay $325 (don’t worry, we’ll keep track of it all).
Why do I Need to place a deposit?
Unfortunately, there are some individuals who no-show and make last minute cancellation/reschedules. This brings a lot of problems for a small business like ours. With a deposit, it lets us know you’re serious about working with us (and we appreciate that!).
What if there is bad weather?
Being mobile, weather plays a big role on when and where we can work. If the weather is bad, we’ll just reschedule your appointment (no other deposit is needed).
