Paint Correction FAQs
This is one of the toughest and most time-consuming jobs we do. How long it takes depends on how big your vehicle is, what shape it’s in, and what you want it to look like in the end. For example, if you want a really perfect finish on a small car with two doors, it could take 12 hours or more. But if you just want a quick polish on the same car, it might only take 5 hours. It just depends.

In most cases yes, any imperfections in the paint like swirls, scratches, paint transfer, and water spots can be removed through paint correction.
Unfortunately, if your clear coat is peeling, then there’s not much a detailer can do. At that point, you’ll need the vehicle to be resprayed. If there’s only a little bit of clear coat failure on a certain panel, then your paint can still be saved.
